We began supporting small businesses and home users in the fall of 1999 in Santa Barbara, California with our first customer, the legendary British actor John Cleese (Monty Python, etc.) who signed us to a nine-month contract teaching his family how to use all of the new Apple products they received from his commercials for them.
Our roots, however, are in The Lowcountry of South Carolina and we are excited as ever as we grow into our 13th year here in Charleston as a leading Managed Security solution provider, data recovery specialist and universal off-site I.T. support group for small businesses and home users that can’t afford regular support.
Our company provides technology support and data recovery for both Windows and Mac users all over Tri-County Charleston including (but not limited to) Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Cainhoy, Mt. Pleasant, Downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, & Wadmalaw Island. It also includes Georgetown, Awendaw. We also provide per-instance Remote Support upon request. Remote Support offers the convenience of immediate response support while letting a Geek connect to your computer from ours and securely taking control of your computer’s mouse and keyboard for instruction or diagnostics and maintenance.
